Jo Ann Myers, MPAS, PA-C

Jo Ann Myers, MPAS, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant.

She started her career in healthcare with an Associates Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Austin Community College. While working for a large clinic in Austin, Texas she decided to further her education by earning her Bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. While there, she gained interest in the Physician Assistant program. She completed her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at UTMB. Prior to joining the Heart Center of North Texas, Jo Ann worked Family Practice in Granbury, Texas.

She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is also certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

She lives in Weatherford where she enjoys her time with family, friends and her pets. She enjoys camping, painting, and gardening.
