Isadora Subia, MSN, ANP-BC is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from Midland College and worked as an RN for seven years on the Medical-Surgical floor and Intensive care units before completing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Angelo State University at San Angelo. For five years she worked in the PACU, serving as the Nurse Educator for the Intensive and Cardiac Care Units. While working as a night ICU charge nurse she completed her Masters of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia. 

Prior to joining the Heart Center of North Texas, Isadora worked at Midland Memorial Hospital as the first Palliative Nurse Practitioner. After that, she worked at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas for Emcare as a Nurse Practitioner in Trauma and Surgery. She also has experience in Urgent Care from working at the Quick Care Clinic in Andrews Texas and Premier Physicians Urgent Care in Midland Texas. Isadora has also worked for the Diabetes Center at Medical Center Hospital as a Diabetes Nurse Practitioner.   She finally found her true love in Cardiology and joined Odessa Heart Institute where she worked as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner in both hospital and clinic settings.  

Isadora is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Permian Basin Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association and American Association of Heart Failure Nurses. She is licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing, certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and holds certifications in Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

In her spare time she enjoys reading and watching Netflix, spending time with her friends, 3 daughters, 4 grand dogs and her Golden doodle “Sadee.”
