COVID-19 Update

The Heart Center of North Texas is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of patients and staff due to the Coronavirus situation. The practice has instituted screening process for all patients and visitors as they enter the building. This screening is mandatory and will involve a temperature check and completion of a questionnaire.

Anyone that presents with potential signs / symptoms will be rescheduled.

To help make your first visit to our practice as smooth as possible, please read the information on this web page. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as addresses to our office(s), practice hours, payment policies and more. We also describe our first visit procedures. And, you can save some time by completing the new patient forms in advance of your appointment. We utilize an online records intake service, known as Phreesia, which allows patients to complete patient forms online prior to arriving for their appointments. If you are a new patient to our practice, you will receive a link that is sent via text (SMS) to your cell phone (smart phone) three days prior to your appointment. We ask that you please complete these forms prior to arriving for your appointment.
