George S. Khammar, M.D., F.A.C.C.
 

George S. Khammar, M.D., F.A.C.C., Interventional Cardiologist for Heart Center of North Texas graduated from University of London in England, and continued his medical education at Kings College School of Medicine.

He continued his training in Internal Medicine through Internship and Residency at Kings College Hospital Program in London, concluding his Residency at Baystate Medical Center located in Springfield Massachusetts. He underwent fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

Doctor Khammar is board certified and a Diplomate by the American Board of Internal Medicine subspecialty in Cardiovascular Disease with the added qualification of Interventional Cardiology. He is a present member of the Royal College of Physicians in London, a fellow with the American College of Cardiology, and the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions. His area of special expertise is coronary and peripheral endovascular interventions.
