Phil Lobstein, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.C.

 

Henry “Phil” Lobstein M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.C., Cardiologist for Heart Center of North Texas graduated from Yale University and pursued his medical education at Baylor University College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Doctor Lobstein completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Parkland Memorial Hospital located in Dallas, Texas. He attended the School of Aerospace Medicine in San Antonio, later obtaining the rank of Captain holding the position as a Flight Surgeon for the U.S. Air Force. This was followed by specialty Cardiology training attained at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, followed by the Royal Postgraduate Medical School at Hammersmith Hospital in London.

He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the Subspecialty Board in Cardiovascular Diseases. Doctor Lobstein has obtained fellow status with the American College of Physicians, the American College of Cardiology, and the American College of Angiology. His professional society memberships include the American Heart Association where he served on the Board of Directors, the American Stroke Association, the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, the Tarrant County Medical Society.
